Set Up Your Organization and Manage Access

If you're responsible for onboarding your organization or managing user access, start with the initial setup process to ensure your team is securely and correctly configured.

Initial Setup

Before you can begin using Banfico VOP Service+, you’ll need to set up your organization and establish an Admin account.

To get started, contact the Banfico Support Team via the official support form or email to request access. Once approved, your organization’s designated Admin will receive login credentials.

On your first login, you can sign in using the credentials which was sent to your email. After completing the OTP authentication and email verification, update your password to secure the account. Then complete your profile to finalize the initial setup.

Once the initial setup is complete, the Admin can onboard additional users by assigning appropriate roles and permissions.

User Management

As an Admin, you have full control over user access and permissions through Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). You can:

• Add or remove users
• Assign predefined roles such as Admin, Service User, Conformance User, or Read-Only
• Control access to specific modules and actions based on each user’s responsibilities

Using VOP Service+ for Service Management

VOP Service+ provides a comprehensive suite of tools to help you operate and maintain reliable VOP services with real-time visibility, transparent communication, and streamlined issue resolution.

To manage services with VOP Service+, join your team as a Service User. Once logged in, you’ll have access to the in-build features such as the Service Desk, Service Monitoring, and Service Notifications.

As a Service User, you can:

• Raise and manage support tickets through the integrated Service Desk
• Communicate about the issues and their status with other scheme participants
• Monitor API uptime, responsiveness, and TLS/eIDAS certificate validity
• Configure automated health checks and receive alerts for failures or expiries
• Send notifications for planned maintenance, outages, or service changes
• Keep all stakeholders informed with clear, auditable communications

Using VOP Service+ for Functional Conformance

VOP Service+ helps you ensure that your implementation of the VOP scheme aligns with EPC standards.

To perform conformance validation, access the platform as a Conformance User. Once logged in, you’ll have access to tools designed to test and verify your Requestor and Responder implementations against the EPC VOP Rulebook and API specifications.

As a Conformance User, you can:

• Run automated tests for outbound and inbound flows based on EPC conformance scenarios
• Evaluate name matching accuracy using various techniques
• Validate your implementation against the EPC API Framework and Security Guidelines
• Review structured conformance reports with pass/fail indicators and detailed feedback
• Run API security tests to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with the security standards
• Run Performance tests to assess your system’s stability under high load conditions
